Summary:
The Baker is responsible for preparing bread, rolls, and other baked goods in a manner consistent with Smokehouse of Florence standards.
Essential Duties:
Follow recipes and proper baking techniques.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Clean equipment.
Prepare ingredients for dough, batters, and fillings.
Work with yeast, sugar, flour, and other ingredients to make leavening agents and other ingredients.
Work with other team members to ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by management or supervisor.
Follow all food safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Work cooperatively with all employees and management.

Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures, instructions from the Owner Manager, and applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements:
At least 18 years of age.
Ability to work overtime as required by the business.
