Will direct other professional and non-professional staff in assessment and completing MDS, CAA's, and Care Plan process.
Maintain and update schedules of MDS's that are due Coordinate the work of the Interdisciplinary Team to complete the MDS, CAA's and care plans Attend and or facilitate care plan and transmission meetings.
Monitor websites for reports Be very efficient in care plan process This position is Monday - Friday 8 a.
